I'm a social media influencer in the piano niche, and have grown over 10 accounts to over 100,000 followers (see bottom of page for the list). I've mastered the Algorithm in a way to maximize views and followers on Social Media.
I'm looking for a passionate, hungry pianist to train in-depth on this style of content creation. In this role you'll get to see how I grow pages from scratch, gain a following, and monetize the traffic.
You will gain hands-on experience in content creation, editing, and growing a brand from the ground up. You’ll work directly with me to learn how to create compelling videos that attract and retain audiences.
ROLE OVERVIEW
-Create "Piano Prank" style videos (see below)
-Help plan and organize shoot days
-Learn songs and record videos
-Edit audio and video for Social Media platforms
-Cut and edit clips for maximum engagement
-Create eye catching thumbnails using Canva or Photoshop
-Schedule posts and write engaging copy/captions/descriptions
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
The compensation package comes with an hourly paycheck and a bonus recurring revenue split of the YouTube revenue generated from the compilation channel.
Pay starts at $20 per hour, moves to $25 an hour after training (1 month). Opportunity to move up to a full Creative Director position in the future.
In addition you'll receive a bonus of up to 33% of the YouTube revenue from the channel. In the long run this will likely make much more from this than your hourly wage (see video for more details).
IDEAL CANDIDATE
-High level of piano skills
-Able to learn popular songs fast and make them sound good
-Hard working and reliable
-Detail oriented
-Able to work 20 hours a week
-Able to commute to Hollywood area in Los Angeles
-MOST IMPORTANTLY someone who is hungry and excited to learn
